Dining in Jesus Hall

For the first time the Committee is pleased to offer a dining option at the 2005 ball. For something a little bit more exclusive, you may wish to indulge yourself and pay the premium over the standard ticket price.

Dining guests will be treated to a separate reception (avoiding queuing), after which they will be spoilt by a splendid three course meal complete with wine and port. A fine way to begin the night.

Main:
     Roast Supreme of duckling with a plum/port sauce
     Mediterranean veg. gateau with spicy tomato coulis

Pudding:
     Brandy Snap baskets filled with summer fruits
