Tickets

Ticket applications are being distributed throughout the university and tickets are still available. There are no dining tickets however there will be food available throughout the night.

Tickets are available to anyone over 18 years of age and dress code is black tie.

Please complete the form in full and return with a cheque or cheques (payable to Jesus College May Ball) to the May Ball Box in the Porter's Lodge. Alternatively return by post to Josephine Armstrong, May Ball Tickets, Jesus College, Cambridge, CB5 8BL. You will receive confirmation and a receipt, including information about ticket collection, shortly afterwards. Tickets cost �70 each. Tickets purchased in groups of 10 or more will cost �63. Please fill in only one application form for a group of 10 or more, and include all cheques in a single envelope.

Please give the names of any guests on an additional sheet of paper. Please note that all guest names must be confirmed before the ball. A deadline for this will be announced.

In order that you are gaurenteed tickets please place applications as soon as possible, as during the exam period applications will take longer to process.

Ticket Receipts and collection

For those who have bought tickets, they should have received an email receipt or should receive one in the next two weeks. If you submitted an application more than two weeks ago and have not yet received an email receipt, then please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Email receipts should be printed out and will be required when collecting tickets

For those who have received a receipt, they should include their reference number in any further communication. Tickets will be available for collection approximately 10 days before the
ball. Further details will be sent out closer to the time.
